The agreement
behind the music.

SoulSync is a wellness and creativity service: an AI companion listens to what you’re feeling and helps turn it into an original song. Your companion is software, not a person. SoulSync is not therapy, medical care, counseling, or crisis support, and it must not be used as a substitute for them. No content generated by SoulSync is medical or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or text HOME to 741741. In Ghana, reach someone you trust, and if you are in immediate danger call 112. Anywhere else, call your local emergency number or find a free helpline at findahelpline.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoulSync, and old enough to consent to these terms where you live. SoulSync is currently an invite-based beta; access may be limited, changed, or ended while the product evolves.

What you share with your companion is yours. The songs, lyrics, and artwork created in your sessions are yours to keep, play, download, and share personally. You grant us the license needed to create, process, store, and deliver them to you — that’s the whole purpose of the license, and we claim nothing more. Commercial exploitation of generated music may additionally be subject to the terms of the underlying music-generation provider; ask us before using a song commercially.

Don’t use SoulSync to harm yourself or others, to harass or impersonate anyone, to violate the law, to probe or breach the service’s security, or to attempt to extract other users’ data. Don’t try to make the companion produce content designed to hurt real people. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Companion replies and songs are generated by AI. They can be imperfect, and emotional insight from software has limits. Use your own judgment, and treat the companion’s words as creative support — not authority.

We work hard to keep SoulSync available and safe, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be withdrawn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulSync and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your information — including what we never do with it — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

You can stop using SoulSync at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York.

We may update these terms; the current version, with its effective date, will always be at this page, and we’ll flag meaningful changes in the product.
